Let our lives be touched by others
Let us once again be real Mothers
not living without purpose, lost in blindness
change our world to a world of kindness.
Lets take their hands, hold them tight
walking a path to the light
guide them to see what we have lost
how money and self-righteousness was the most expensive cost
We have been losing a new generation
shaping a scary and violent nation
teach our future right from wrong
and once a again build a country that is strong
The gifts will only be bestowed upon us
if we carry the fruits that strengthens us
Why did we forget our purpose, our true value
So many souls lost and left untouched
so many lives totally broken, crushed
We can change through our actions
small pieces, small improvements just fractions
that will effect the future of our youngsters
not to become violent angry monsters.
GOD please guide our Mothers to lead the way
keep our feet firm don't allow us to stray
For only YOUR love can overcome anything
that this task may bring.
